Purchase samsung galaxy j3(2016) from snapdeal.com.Installed my jio app buy get jio option not coming in my jio app after repeated attempts(installing uninstalling ).So I am not be able to get reliance jio preview offer.I am totally helpless.Can any one suggest me anything

I bought a Samsung galaxy j3 two weeks ago at first the flash for the front cam was working ayt.....now when the flash is on the phn goes completely white....which is very disturbing.....

Me and my son play Pokemon, he has a Motorola Moto E gen 2 but as it comes to play Pokemon, he has much less GPS connectivity issues, and much less 4G connectivity issues.
I said to myself ok its Pokemon. But the last couple of days despite the 4G indication, I do not have any kind of internet connection, at first i thought ok its my battery low state, but no I get it more and more, the device is only 1 month old. I've seen here that many others report the same problem. I hope an update will rectify it as I really bought it to read whatever I feel to in the train. This is a big disappointment. I will have to go to the shop and claim my warranty on this.
