Before I left for school my phone was 100% when I arrived at school I immediately turned my phone off. So while I am in class I turned my phone back on to check my time. That's when my phone just blackout on me. I got my phone in June. I just don't understand WHY my phone is doing this. Can anybody give me a good solution to this problem? I must say I really like this phone!!

I think it's a good phone better than the Sony xperia M2 which I had before that kept overheating and camera waso awful and froze. This phone has more choices on it and better quality and it definitely one I would recommend. The battery life is good if you don't use it too much . Lasts longer too than most other phones

I had a pretty low budget phone before I got the J3. So for me the features are great. The pros include a camera takes pretty sharp images, it’s fast, and the pixel quality is great.
The con includes poor video recording quality and the loudspeaker is horrendous, playing music on the J3 is a complete drag, even boosting it to the maximum volume isn’t much help. Overall I’m very satisfied and happy I bought it.

I have Samsung tablets, tv's, bluerays, etc...and have had 6 samsung phones...Now the Note 5 I purchased a few months ago and they only get better with their products.....So, I am sorry you do not like them, but they are amazing...And I am also getting ready to buy the kitchen appliances they have come out with....Refrigerator especially..... ^_^

Look to see if you have an icon that is white with a black microphone in it..If so, that is it...

I don't know why there are such terrible comments. This phone works great and like I say when I see bad reviews on an app saying "it's bad", I say that they only say it because they don't know how to use it... I understand all of your opinions and sure you might be right👍 but it is an amazing phone😀😃😄😄😄😄😅😅📱📱📱

I'm mystified. This site is loaded with negative comments from ( in most cases ) people who have recently bought this model, yet, some of the terminology indicates madgreat understanding of components fitted, which componenet/s they would like to see fitted and where SAMSUNG have made such a 'cock-up' with this model. As I said initially, why are these 'wizz-kids' buying a phone that, to them, is of poor quality, fitted inside with rubbish ! I have just taken this phone out on contract.....decided to ignore these contradictive 'know-alls'

, a workaround I use , is to switch back to 3G/2G, then in 80% of situations it connects again. If it does, then switch to 4G/3/G/2G once again and you are connected to 4G once again.
However leaving to 3G/2G by default has the same issue, not working in 20% of cases. So use the switch backward/forward trick to get your dataconnection back. Its a bug, but I came up with this workaround. Its Android OS (Lollipop 5.1.1) is crappy.

J3 is a bad choice really. It has problems with its 4G implementation. It works but one out of 3 to times besides the carrier detection and 4G detection, there is just no data stream.
Other people using 4G at the same time/place have no issues at all. Its a brand new device. Here another persons problem with (somehow even worse, but related)
