Totally unreliable mobile phone ever. please do not buy it. Always error "system ui is not responding", very slow touch pad , always hang/lag and when received call, totally blank and not responding.

I have a j4 + and I turn it off, and now it turns on a blue screen and it lasts a while on and it turns off it does not rise well and it turns on the blue screen, it went up twice but after a while it gives the screenshot, what should I do, help me please.

Can somebody help me everytime i touch the back camera my phone automatically turns off (not power off) can somebody help me turn that off? It's been disturbing everytime i'm playing
