It is very slow, especially with the latest update. It delays when someone is calling and I would sometimes miss calls waiting for it to display the caller.
The overall call and response is very bad.
So far I wouldn't recommend the Samsung Galaxy J4+, But maybe they will come up with a better update which will make things run smooth.
For now I can say it's a 3/10, ⭐ 1 star rating.

I have A5 2017 and I see that j4+ is slower, have worse screen ppi etc. I dont say its bad phone, ita good for your first smartphone, but if you have better phone in other hand you see the difference.

had this phone since April 2019. this phone is great. I live in the Caribbean and this phone works like a charm on FLOW and DIDICEL and APUA INET. For the price this phone works as good as any Samsung Galaxy S series phone. I'm fully satisfied with my purchase.

Slow in opening apps, or switching between apps. Battery doesnt last more than 24 hours. So sad.

Very good, nothing to regret, I have this model since November 2018 and so far I have not had any problems, even after updating it to Android 9 Pie, without lags, without freezing or anything out of the ordinary, if you already got rid of your J4 + very soon just for believing that it did not cover your expectations, then, that it hurts, you did not know how to take advantage of your phone as it should be...

slow in everything, low volume, keeps hanging, do not buy,
