bought my Samsung Galaxy 4 in Nairobi at a reliable store. Cannot find a sim card that registers so I can use it stateside--any help/suggestions so I can get it to work?

The J4 has released a new update this year (2019) to solve this bug... I suggest you update your device to latest Oreo.
If for some reason you cannot detect a recent update then there is another solution. Go onto Apps
Delete the "Game Optimizing Service" -- This has been causing the instability of playing games...

I am from Pakistan Today my phone automatically updated it self to Android Version 9.0 Pie can any body tell me please which version is better and does not slow the phone Oreo 8 or this new 9 Pie ? which is best 8 or 9 ? Thanks please tell me I purchased this phone on 16 May

I want to give my feedback after using it for nearly 10 months. The phone is a bit slow. Battery drains fast. After pie update battery drains so fast that l can hardly use my phone. Please help me to fix this problem.

Hello guys, i am also j4 user,
this device is also good but this phone have not a good sound quality, low volume, no startup sound. Sometimes app crash highly.
almost things is better but only mentioned in above is bad.
