Guys please help my Samsung Galaxy J5 felt down and it broke the screen camera at the back, now it has no glass and its exposed to dust and maybe touched with my fingers, currently my camera is not clear as it was can it be maybe washed or be wiped to retain clarity??

Ive had this phone for over a year and can say best phone ive ever had. Very good and easy to care for. Dropped it from most ridiculous places and only small glass shatters. Memory is too tiny though, for most apps like snapchat.
I would rate it 8'/10 for my personal needs like calling, and social media app using!

BMS, 25 Jun 2018It support up to 5 finger touch point they says but it only... moreit is because i think the device you are using is the first samsung galaxy j5 that it only supports 2 finger multi touch feature the phone that have 5 finger multi touch feature you are mentioning is the samsung galaxy j5 (2016) version its a newer one than the samsung galaxy j5 make sure your phone is a samsung galaxy j5 not the (2016) version but if your phone is truly the samsung galaxy j5 (2016) and it does not support the 5 finger multi touch feature then you need to go to settings and fix some things or go to a samsung store to see what is wrong

My j5 prime has a very big problem in terms of screen sensitivity. I cannot play any game that requires two thumbs for it can only read one. Heck with that.

The big problems is internal storage and battery... after the 2 years the battery will work only for 2 hrs ... if we r install more the 3 app the storage will full

too much slow for my liking and space is so little. I was using the Xiaomi Redmi 4a phone before this one and God the difference is so huge. I don't have pictures and videos on my phone but it's already full just by it's apps. please help me fellows.

Samsung Galaxy J5 is great phone. It has a HD SUPER AMOLED which is nice for watching movies and other videos.
