I've J5 samsung phone and It was perfect phone for me. Recently i've updated with the new version J500FXXU1AOL1 .Now the battery drains so rapidly when connected to wifi. Even in idle standby. Please solve the battery issue.

I was thinking of purchasing this instead of a s6 because the budget price. I'm almost at the week of just grabbing the s6 instead of a j5 plz hlp . so confused n my choice

I have used these phone from one mone.These phone was superb.Excellent battery life.Battery charging speed was also good.Superb processor .The plus point in this phone is the the front camera flash .I gave ratting to the phone 5star.

Hi friends ...
Since j5 is superficially the best with some of the latest added features like Ultradata saving ,13 Mp main camera,flash light in front camera etc ... but to me ..it has been a worst experience ever to have this phone ...
What i m posting here is only my experience with this phone and i have no intentions to disgrace the brand of it ...may be it happens because of my inefficiency to use this phone...
My J5 often hangs ... it often responds later than u expect it to... for eg if i want to open the camera ..i would touch the camera icon and it being a smartphone, in a second's time it should open and same for the other apps too...but to my utter surprise i have to wait for atleast a minute to make the next touch .... For ur information i must tell u that i am using J5 since 23rd november 2015 ..so ...my phone is quiet slow and sluggish ..it does not respond like that always ...but does most of the times ...i must let u know that till now i threw it against the pillow three times ...and i m scared if sometime i threw it onto the floor or against the wall.. as i purchsed it for Rs 13000 .....
Now may be you think that i have installed apps in it more than its capacity and that makes it run slow.. no ..its not like that ... bcz before this i used karbon titanium s5 plus and had installed all these apps in that phone as well and that never irritated me like this ...

safran, 15 Jan 2016Hi friends . I am using galaxy j5 .Today I got new update. ... morei got a small problem with new update. when choosing an app to open a file, it automatically selecting default app without let me to select whether 'just once' or 'always'.. anyone has the solution for this???
