It's a problem from release date of Samsung j5 in flipkart.
Means samsung is not maintaining clarity in it's releasing...
Because in my order page, samsung j5 still shows tentative release date 25th july...
But airtel sim started its confirmation and dispatching from it's warehouse and expected to be reached on 28th july...

i think white is released today. it dont have tentative release on its main page anymore.

[deleted post]same here, i ordered black and gold, even paid for it. but release date kept changing. i bet some people cancelled the order after they kept changing the release date. this is poor work from samsung, they not prepared everything before starting to sell in flipkart.

Now flipkart is showing that the "Item has been confirmed by the Seller". And the main thing is after sales service, i had used Redmi 1s, Asus Zenfone 4, Android One, Lenovo A6000, Micromax Yu Yureka. Every handset except android one had heating issues, especially Redmi 1s, Micromax Yu Yureka. And the after sales service and product quality as well as the built quality is much better than its competitors. Thats the reason Samsung still rules the market.

I don't know, why you people are so crazy. Let Samsung launch it first and get 15-30 days old. it is not a small amount, you should check it physically in the store and than buy it.
As you are crazy to buy this phone, Samsung is also crazy to sell this in marlet. Any how the market is changing is so fast, that you may get a new model from other company as well. Hence i would suggest to please wait and watch, cause money is precious.
Although you may check lenovo P70, which is having a similar specification, (may be better then this and was launched in Jan 2015).

I think that one of the main problems in Flipkart's delivery system is that Flipkart has a deal with Samsung who has a deal with airtel. Now the airtel must dispatch its free 4g sim cards to samsung who then have to dispatch the j5 sets along with the sim cards to Flipkart.. And only then can Flipkart begin its shipping process.. So, as you can see its a complicated and time consuming process...just be a little more patience, guys..
