Samsung and flipkart didn't have a clarity on releasing these two models in different colours.
I sent a mail to flipkart to ask whether I receive the phone on 31st july ( which is expected delivery date given in my order page ).
But it said that I will receive the phone before 31st july and told me to check the status of order
Still my order page shows "tentative release date 25th july and tentative delivery date 31st july.
How can I receive the phone unless the seller confirm the order ???
How can the seller confirm the order unless the phone is released ???
How can be the phone released unless the flipkart and samsung have a clarity in this pre-order process.
What I want from both flipkart and samsung, is exact information....

Why are you so much crazy about this crappy and a useless phone? If you are so much eager for a new phone, you can go in for MMX Unite 3, Lenovo A7000, K3 Note 3 Or Xiami MI4. These all are at a very competitive price and offer more features than J5.

they kept changing the release date.. this is waste of time for paid customers.
i mailed flipkart to ask samsung to give some kind of discount or free offers to people already paid for wasting their time.

I don't know why it is taking too much time for this crapy phone. Samsung is not taking serious on releasing date and also flipkart doesn't know regarding delivery.

Really bad service of flipkart...
I ordered white samsung galaxy j 5 on 21st july...
On that day it showed 23rd is releasing date...
On 23rd it showed 25th july is releasing date....
But today it is showing " coming soon"...
What does it mean ???
Whom should I ask about it's release ???
In my order, expected delivery date is 31st july...
I am not that it is released in this month...
No proper way of releasing by Samsung...
It would be better to release in market...
Lenovo maintain good service like registering,releasing etc than samsung
