i m using samsung j5 j500no. my mobile battery drains quickly and over hot..plz fix it soon......othewise this mobile is awesome..

its a big issue the storage...if there is a new update, to install it you have to delete all your apps

Meky, 04 Oct 2016j7 is better..but j5 is good.realy good models..no heating,... moreim with u on that the phone a good battery life and the size is just perfect.................J5 :)

I am brought new j5 .....this is very hangful device. ....battery ....backup low....automatic ...phone switch off........

I'm disappointed about this model. The main issues I have are:
1 - The storage has to be cleared every time I want to install a new App and even when I just try to update an existing one. I have very few apps (less than 10) and I had to disable Microsoft apps (Excel, Word, ..) in order to free some space for my new apps.
2 - The automatic camera focus is very often not accurate making it impossible to take close pictures.

j7 is better..but j5 is good.realy good models..no heating, cameras extra...battery 7 houras on screen display...best

This phone runs all apps like Chrome, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and a lot of games like Asphalt 8 perfectly with no lag at all. For everyone complaining, I believe they may have the wrong phone model. You can easily buy a 64GB SD Card from the samsung area of best buy, throw it in there, set it to use that for apps and pictures and never have to worry about running out of storage space again. Samsung's website literally has multiple tutorials on how to do this, it's pretty easy, simple and straightforward and if you still have issues stop into a phone store and they can do it for you if you pay them.

Worst phone i've ever had. Default apps take to much space and can't be moved to the SD card.you should write 1gb instead of 8gb internal memory..so slow poor performance...poor battery backup...worst phone ..never buy this phone..i am done with samsung..i will recommend all my friends not to buy samsung

hi, i need help urgent my samsung j5 is not accepting my security lock code animore i have brougth it twice to the service center and they reset it and it works after a few weeks same problem again. can anione help get around this issue?? at samsung they charge me 4 bucks everytime it is getting ridiculous
