hi, i need help urgent my samsung j5 is not accepting my security lock code animore i have brougth it twice to the service center and they reset it and it works after a few weeks same problem again. can anione help get around this issue?? at samsung they charge me 4 bucks everytime it is getting ridiculous

my phones cpu overheats.. wheter I don't start my phone...but still it starts overheating..tuch screen is not working when I connect to charger

Worst phone i've ever had. Default apps take to much space and can't be moved to the SD card, And can't move my images and videos to the SD card.

1. Some of the App cannot be moved to SD Card
2. Too Many Unwanted Default Apps are provided, cannot be deleted not moved to SD Card
3. Has reduced the space on the device to 700MB.
4. How to create more space on the device with more apps on the SD Card

the j5 looks gorgeous and works flawless in day to day usage and the cameras and battery backup is also really good.

Updated the galaxy j5 2015 (j500fn) but there is no sbike mode. But overall its pretty good and better than lollipop 🍭

neduski, 29 Sep 2016After using for about 30 minutes my j5 become very hot and ... moreyou might have many apps working in background and your mobile data might be turned on. i have overheating just when im connected to 3g, when i connect to 4g LTE it doesnt overheat. also on the battery problem, i noticed that deleting facebook and messenger literally halves the drain. if that doesnt help take it to a service, you might have a fake phone or a faulty battery. mine on 5.1.1 lolipop 1.06.2016 google security patch update worked for at least 24 hours up to 3 days on a single charge

Chana, 27 Sep 2016I have a European version phome same as you tell .today i... morei updated last night, my only downside was that phone worked like crap untill i updated google play services which hard because play store kept crashing for me, and for about 2 hours after update for some weird reason, like it had to adapt to the new system. now it works great. much faster than on lolipop. my only downside is that they removed unlock effects

I updated FN version with smart switch to MM. Phone was working like utter trash until i updated google play services which was in fact super hard with the crashes. After upsatung crashes stopped but phone laged like hell for a hour or 2.
Now it works faster than on lolipop but right after update it was rely bad

It is awesome ihave galaxy j5 it is very good and best mibie i ever seen never bu sumsung j7 but i like to have sumsung s7 edge is very good i thing is it good?
I dont know i onle like s7 becuse s7 can go under water

Update went smooth with smart switch. My phone is faster and overall perfomance has slightly improved. At first I had problems with google play store not updating and downloading apps but problem was fixed by updating google play services.
