Anonymous, 17 Nov 2020Please I want to know what can I do when my galaxy j5 phone... moreMine had the same issue and it went away after some time, I think there was probably some humidity inside the 3.5 mm jack which made the phone think there was a headphone inserted, I would recommend to try to heat it a little, or put it in a low humidity environment (bag with rice) to help it dry out. It is worth trying.

                    I have this phone since 2016. It has been good, but lately, you have to clear the memory and erase things several times a day and also the battery runs out very quickly. I need a new one hahaha

I ve been using J5 for the last four years. I am fed up with clearing ROM memory every night all these years.Not many memory consuming apps on my phone except Whatsapp. Never was able to install FB app. I use a browser for FB. In the phone settings it shows 8 GB of ROM but when I connect it to my computer it shows only 4.67 GB. Either a small 3.33 ROM with OS is hidden from view or it is pure dishonest advertisement.

                              got to be honest i got the original and its great hella good phone no complaints. its great for photos and it help a lot when designing my new bedroom i got to give it 5 stars

                                I love this mobile phone because inthis mobile phone i can take 5megapixel front camera and 13 megapixel back cam+i can use 128 gb sd card but i have one complain with this smartphone that is i cannot put my all apls in sd card.

It's also dual SIM too. I did have to import the phone from China (and it's a device sold for the Chinese region) but that was about it.
