Each time I touch the phone icon my j5 switches off, then switches back on again. I can't make any calls or listen to any voicemails. I can receive calls though. Can anyone help?

i have using samsung g j500H 2015 it is great value for money but it has two problem found
1.heated 60°c while playing like clash of clan games(consumes battery very fast)
2.i dont like its rear camera 13 mp its image quality is poor than other 5 mp cameras( take blur & focous out image)
so guys you have to check above 2 things before invest in j5 2015

When the next update comes in j5 8gb in India ? Need to stop heating issue,sdcard as internal and play hd games like gta san andres and vice city etc ? When the update is coming ? Micromax mobile of rupees 5,000 gives better than samsung full hd. I am still in heartattack wasting such a big ammount in this crap 😢

Mr. BrandMoneyEaterSamsung can you please tell me , when the next update comes for j5 to make sdcard as default write disk ? Bcz its only 8gb and free space is only 3.5gb which is just hell. Just stop nonsence updates and listen to users . If u cant stop heating issue after using 15 min. then stop the mobile compny and start cultivating bullocks and bufallows. 11,500 rupees is not your f.....property Thank u .
