I have a Samsung J5 and cannot upgrade from Android OS. v5.1 to v6.01
When i do a software update it tells me the latest updates have already been installed, but the latest updates are not installed.
why is this happening and can you assist with the software update of v6.01

Nirujan, 14 Aug 2016I have bought Samsung J5 2015 model before a week .....afte... morePut normal scratch guard if you dont get any touch problem then leave it as it is and use ur mobile. But after putting normal scratch guard also u gets the same touch problem then surely ur mobile having a problem in the touch screen. You must show ur mobile to samsung service center they will surely clear that touch problem
