AnonD-553696, 13 Jul 2016Don't flash an indian firmware because it has different car... moreI am pretty sure that I can flash any firmware from other countries as long as it's the same model and it is not carrier locked, I know that because I have done it before on my previous phones. The Indian firmware uploaded in sammobile.com is not carrier locked so I know it's safe to flash it on my phone.

Could any one tell me which types of Samsung J5 have dual SIM capability? My J5 set has apparently one SIM slot. But I have seen many others with the same shape and model has dual SIM ports. In mine one, the second SIM slot is covered by a cap that cannot removed. I don't know if that is a working slot for the second SIM or its just blurred to meet the European customers needs.
Note: I bought the Set from Germany and locked temporarily to European SIMs.

Since the Marshmallow update for my J500F is still not available, I am planning to flash the Indian firmware instead of waiting for the update to pop out on my screen. My question is: does the Indian firmware have game bloatwares? because I don"t want too many bloatwares installed on my phone, it's very annoying.

I have this phone for 2 weeks and all I could say is that I love it. For a budget phone is perfect. I read other opinions here, who said that the screen is worst, or yellow, or have something, but I don't agree them. The back and front camera are very good, the colors are wonderfull. I would specify that I'm not a gamer, I had installed 2 games, farm heroes and candy crush, and the phone doesn't have any lag. I'm happy for my choice, even this phone isn't like s6 or now s7. For those who aren't sure to get this phone, I say to buy it if you want a budget one. If you want a lot of stuff in you phone, look to other models. Have a nice day!
