I would buy it ! An awesome phone .
A weak point is the front camera . Sometimes the photos taken by it are yellowish . Also there are faster phones but it is fast enough for me .

claire, 09 Jul 2016Just got my samsung j5 in march this year. My phone is expe... morePress and hold Power button + down volume rocker button for reset without removing battery. That's what I do if it hangs. Also try removing some files in phone's internal memory.

people i have one seriously question !
J5 supports H+ in one sim and Edge in other sim !? In Same time ?
my problem is when i use h+ in one sim the other sim getting out from edge and i lose my connection with that sim !and mobile network type for that sim going to unknown!

Before you update your phone to Marshmallow, you should first back-up your data then factory reset your phone to avoid any problems.
