I have issues like:
1. if I connect vie Bluetooth with ear piece, both the phone speaker and the ear piece will be working at the same time.
2. If I make a call while connected to ear piece vie Bluetooth and activate the speaker phone, the volume of the ear piece will go off leaving that of the phone set though without added volume.
What could be the problem?. I bought the phone just 3 months ago.

joboy, 19 Feb 2018is it lagging when playing ROS?Yes, I have fully updated J5 Prime, and it is not built for gaming. It's lagging even just scrolling through Facebook. The camera is also kind of whitish and lack of color. I have a Lumia 630 and Lumia 930 and it is better than my brand new J5 Prime. I don't know if this is normal in the SAMSUNG era, because my brother also have a J7 Pro, and his phone camera shots are also white.
I'm a former Windows Phone user, seeking refuge in Android world. I did not expect how bad Android really is...

This phone is really cool especially on the 7.0 version. Battery lasts very well, display optimized and never heats up. Best midrange smartphone

Its a good phone I give it 7/10 on ratings especially on the android 7.0 version its really good with nice features.

Samsung j5 prime is overall a good machine. I dont like large screen so ive chose it. But one thing : its fingerprint sensor doesnt work well.. normally you use it and ir will gie up on you it will not read print and asks for password about 3 times from 10 attempts.. not working feature is not done. Otherwise everything is so good.
