Samsung j5 prime is overall a good machine. I dont like large screen so ive chose it. But one thing : its fingerprint sensor doesnt work well.. normally you use it and ir will gie up on you it will not read print and asks for password about 3 times from 10 attempts.. not working feature is not done. Otherwise everything is so good.

Sounds Like You Messed Up Your Own Phone Or Maybe It Was Already Messed Up Before You Got Your Hands On It.
Eitherway, I Hope You Get Your Phone Fixed & Realize That Samsung J5 Prime's A Good Phone For The Buck.

touch "back key" not working everytime. annoying. i tried everything i saw on internet but no. sometimes frozen also. especially after 7.0 update. never recommend samsung j5prime to anyone. this was my last samsung phone.

I like the features that comes with this phone, i purchased one in December 2016, unfortunately i lost it in December 2017, Any meanings of tracking the phone.
Note: i am in Zambia and the phone got lost in Namibia.

Not even a year old and got a black screen now nothing works. Battery is fine because i can hear the volume keys working. No tutorial on the net works to fix it. Terrible
