I got my phone a week ago and since the first day I noticed the battery isn't good....if I charge the phone b4 going to bed to 100%..when I wake up in the morning it will be 80% or thereabout without my data on or me using it.....please is this normal?

This thing is missing alot .... the ambient light sensor, the compass and magnetic sensor, and it can only support up to 5 multi touch only

I bought it 2 months ago it get hot even with slight use and doesn't work.
It becomes hang and no touch no power button work then

I bought a j5 prime 2weeks before. But yesterday onwards, the phone doesnt get charged. Its only gets charged during switch off mode.

Volume gets muted for 2-3 seconds in the middle of Call,such problem I never faced with NOKIA phones.

I have bought a samsung galaxy J5 Prime today. The assistant set it up for me using a number to log in and the finger swipe for the other things. When I want to use the phone, it first asked me for my fingerprint, then when it was not recognised asked for my log in number. How do I log in by inserting my log in number and bypassing the finger swipe as now it keeps telling me to
try again in 5 mins, try again in 15 minutes or the last time try in 45 minutes. Simultaneously there is a msg which says "Configuration Message - Configuration List". Oh dear, what have I done?

Could anyone tell me that dual SIM are also for 4G & 3G.
As i understand someone mentioned that one slot for 4G and the other for 2G.
As Singapore have stop using 2G, so getting this phone is not worth as using 1 SIM only.
