SD card stored Apps are not recognised by the system after restarting of j5 prime. Problem remain same after reset/replacement of 64gb evo+ memory card with 16gb SanDisk.

Good phone,good battery good camera and sleek design. My problems are outdoor visibility is rubbish and why couldn't a company as big as samsung not be bothered to fit a light sensor on this device. Chinese phones have light sensors and they are so much cheaper

Missy, 05 Apr 2017I bought the samsung j5 prime a month ago because they said... moreYes they do same with me I bought J5 PRIME 3 days ago but now unable to charge I went to service center they said phone corner is bent how can I bend my phone just 72 hours and now they don't want repair but actually the phone has inner problem of which they don't want take responsibility.

You just need to ta... moreI bought phone J5 PRIME and I paid money for that do you think I will waste my money purposely and bend it even I asked the service center can you show me my how to bend the phone other corner if you can bend it by hand I will take the responsibility of the phone which they don't want because the phone was not bent actually there was actually some INNER PROBLEM in the PHONE J5 PRIME which they don't want accept and instead blaming the customer and one staff told me it has aluminum body so it have chances of bending but on the box its clearly mentioned metal body now I can say either the samsung is cheating with its customers or the staff who play with the customers and just lie all without knowing anything.

Just waste of my money bcz the ph is loaded with a number of problem. Sensor is not working sometime and camera quality is very bad.battery prb

This is a wonderful device. It will do whatever you want it to do, if you did look at all the fearures of course. Sumsung delivered their course.
People will always be stereotypical and careless, only to blame the manufacturer.

I bought one of J5 Prime. It looks great but full of problems. It started first by going off unnoticed even at full battery charge. Secondly, after the software update when you restart the phone it takes over 12 hours to determine the network (on both sims). Now, the phone freezes and the screen gone dead. When someone calls, it goes through but you can hear the tone neither can you see the call coming through. When you try to charge the batter nothing works. Unfortunate I have misplaced the purchased receipt so I can't take back to the shop. Such a beautiful phone but a very terrible piece. Completely waste of money.
