I bought this phone 6 days ago and have been to the store everyfay since then... no signal, insert sim anf and now I can't post or send any pictures due to screen overlay... they restored to factory settings 2 days ago and It worked for just a day without a problem... I am returning it now

I have bought two Samsung J5 Prime handset both found software problem for supporting Dual SIM, but easily got rectified after taken at service centre and later possible to update driver from internet.

Friends i purchased j5 prime g570F from uae and there is no S secure and S power planing features. The uae Samsung care center replied me these features are not available in aue devices any other solution. thank you
