bought this phone just one day ago.. after using it i can say almost good phone in this range.. but facing an issue.. the volume comes from speaker first while calling even the speaker is off.. is it a software problem or need some setting ?

Guys don't but this phone.. it don't have amoled screen .. so poor graphics.. and battery time is average

Berserker, 14 Jan 2017How come its too slow.. its 2gb ram already.. and its 4core... moreI've tried a lot of games even games that worked on my older phone with 512mb ram and dual core but I still notice stutters here and there. Luckily I've installed Samsung's game tuner apk and the phone came with game mode framework so I was able too make almost all games even high end games run decent. But it bothers me that I can't even open the recent app menu that has 4 apps without seeing major lag. I was even thinking I might need to reflash the phone but I don't want to for warrety sake. Have you experienced any of these problems yourself Especially the recent app lag?

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2017when will j5 prime get android Nogut update? The Nougat update hasn't been confirmed but it is likely to get considering it came with marshmallow 6.0.1

I don't know if it's just me but I've had this phone for 3 months now and it's a good phone. My only complaint is that the phone is very slow especially when playing games i mean this phone is supposed to be an upgraded version of the J5 but it can't even play temple run 2 without a few stutters. I'm not 100% sure but i think its software related considering even my old phone with a dual core and 512mb ram ran more smoothly then this. Unfortunately even after 2 updates there has been no fix hope Samsung addresses this problem soon. If anyone knows what this might be me or has similar issues please let me know if I should return it to Samsung.

It says to double tap the power key to turn that on or off...
I tried bt i can't. Probably i didn't bo in right path...

Its been 15 days and ba... moreThe problem with phone can be manage if you do the right thing,when you buy a new phone take it home put it off and charge it full to 100%,after that put on the phone and set it up,Plz always put the apps you need not games because it's just a phone not PS4 and remember is just a 2GB ram phone take note.
