i am New Handsent is J7 last 30 june but Hedphones problem issue one side hedphons not working in music only on side hedphone is working in music but Samsang services center chek the my handset but not a problem soveld plzzz soveld the my problem Samsang team otherwise i am go to the Cunjumar coret for your company acctaion .....i reqwest u ......thas all

My phone is turning on and off by itself how many times the fix it but until now the same story I want to give it back.. my question is if I will give it back my cell phone I have to pay or they well change?

i have j7 in india before is working good one day this not supporting any sim writing only emergency call any one can give solution to this issue

Sir m getting a problem with the j7 2016.actually i have on flashlight notification.n it is working too.when i get notification it blinks for a second.its ok for me.bt problem arise when i saw that the rearcamera flashlight kept on and on when the mobile was on my pocket.i experinced this problem for two days.ie it happend twice.n when i checked then i found there is no notification.n of there is notification too it should have blink for a while.not for so much time that i had to off the flashlight by off and on the torch.otherwise falshlight may remain on.so what should i do to solve this problem.please let me know as soon as possible

You should update the google play services after updating to 6.0 for better performance and it solved my battery draining problem

from this evening,,i am facing a problem on my phone.i.e,my contacts are'nt being displayed on my whatsapp contact list.and if i try to change my settings,i am getting a message as SCREEN OVERLAY DETECTED..and it is asking to change my settings..but i am unable to change them..can you help me out?
