Very good phone considering the price. Stunning front facing camer, good battery life and pretty good rear camera. So overall it's a good buy, waiting for marshmallow update.

i want to update my phone to 6.0.1 but my phone did not show any update. my phone current version is 5.1.1 than what i will do.
one of my friend have a same phone and they will show to upgrade the phone to 6.0.1.
so please give reply as fast as possible.

Very Good phone, i'm using samsung J7 for almost 8 months now. Good performance phone, Picture quality and Video quality is awesome, i did not expected the picture quality would be soo good. I'm into Photography so hence it gives me an opportunity to click pictures on a go. Thanks to Samsung. Good Phone

My device model is j700f. Recently upgraded to marshmallow. Now I want to do factory reset of the device. I am now out of india for sevarel months. After reset does it need Indian sim card to start? I don't know. If anyone know about it please inform me. That would be very favorable.

gebong, 01 Aug 2016The screen of my J7 is flickering. How can I fix this?Don't put your phone on its lowest brightness because the low light makes the screen flicker. I have the same problem with mine and what I did is put it on a brighter level but not too bright. This may fix your problem temporarily but I suggest you should get your phone checked by the maintenance

My Samsung galaxy j7 which I bought 2 months back, gets switched off automatically even the battery is charged more than 50%. I have to connect charger for restarting it. I asked my dealer for replacement but he said it is not possible. I even called Customer care whatever they guided I did but it didn't help. Now if I go to service center they will keep it there for months and I'll be without phone even after investing Rs 16000. Our money has no value for this big companies like Samsung.. they should at least replace it by considering the period of purchase..

please don't update to marshmello because update is faulty. i have submitted my j7 (2015) today. they told me to either company replace mobile or refund me the whole amount as per bill.
