Used this phone for 4 months. Better phone for the price. But after update official Marshmellows update it lags all the time. making cache always and use 90 % RAM.

Bought the phone 4 days ago and I face serious battery draining and it also heats up so I would never recommend it

I have purchased new samsung j7 in two days ago. But it's not working 3g 4g internet properly. Samsung customer care malleshwarum will not response our satisfied.
Samsung mobiles company is not for customer friendly.

i parches j7 before 4 months.... i never install more apps but it hang up for 5-6 mins when i try to use watsapp or fb and then restart the handset... how to resolve this problem?

I purchese my phone months ago, but today i have a problem with my screen,
problem is during zero briteness my phone half display blinck sometimes, then i went to survice centre aurangabad they check my phone after that they told me there is an display problem and that is not available at that time but they replace my mobile phone in 20 days, and finally i got new phone
just because of that i trust samsung and i use samsung phone in future for better survice and reliability.
