Every amoeled screen has flickering problem at low brightness. Many Samsung High end devices toov face this problem. . And there's no solution to this unless you have root access

Just got a new J7 3 weeks ago, model is J700T1, made in Vietnam, but it has 2Gb RAM, and the rest of the specs seems same described for J7 released 2015. I am based here in US east coast so did I buy something meant for the asia market ? I just wonder because there is a newer J7 2016 released with better specs and higher Battery of 3300 mAh. Any comments / inputs is really appreciated. Thanks so much! It is locked under the T------network.
