When I first got my J7 the battery usage screen said idk, maybe 20-21 h at 100%
After a few days this lowered to 13-14h at the same 100%
I dont know if I did something wrong, or if its normal. Does the fact that I mostly use it with my data mobile and not WiFi affect this? I dont really know if my battery has an issue, because compared to other J7 doesnt seem to last too long (saw one saying itll last 24h like at 22%)
Please, can someone explain this to me?

J5 got marshmallow update before 1 month. Now on5 also start getting marshmallow update in india but j7 user still waiting for update what is this.

Samsung use liquid base color for display in j7, i parches and only after one month liquid base damage my screen, my upper side screen show blue color dark spot, no damage or no touchscreen problem is happen, i think Samsung not use properly this Technic in j7.

still samsung j7 2015 model have to wait for marshmallow update... Samsung is too bad...no marshmallow update for higher ratings and high price mobile nd for j5 they got update 1 mnth before only....

I purchased j7 19 dec15.its running smoothly.no any issue still even with hd gaming.so i suggest u guys when sammy launch new series of their phone,quick grab it and dnt go with next avatar like 16,17etc...orgnl is orgnl.

I am from India. I purchased Galaxy J7 on 18th June 2016. On 5th July the mobile got switched off itself, and could not start it any more. Tried to charge it, but it did not get charged also. Then took it to nearest Samsung Service Centre. They told me that Lot's of Samsung J7 are coming up with Battery problem and company is not providing with spare battery and they are giving refund of money to the user. But fact is that, till date, I am waiting for the refund. Called up Samsung Call centre for several times, but of no use. This is the level of Samsung service in India.
