Hi I bought a new J7 mobile.
I have a problem only with brightness. While I set it on low brightness my screen keep on flickering.
Any idea who can help me please.

Sony has given up on Indian market (see in the news).. so don't know how their attitude will be in after sales from this point forward ...also their products heat up a lot even if kept in the pocket , e.g. Xperia z5 (their flagship) but j7 doesn't heat up even with heavy games like asphalt 8 and nova 3

vikas, 11 Jul 2016I purchased samsung j7 4g camera is good battery backup is ... moreRestore your mobile. Go to setting and click on backup n reset. It will solve your problem. N mind it that it will erase your phone memory data.

I'm from Indonesia. I bought this phone around november'15 and I've been using it for 8 month until now, there is no complain. I have a regular hardcase and a tempered glass on it. I don't have any problem. Eventhough accidentally I drop my phone to the ground like everyday *yes I'm so careful lol* it doesn't crack, it doesn't scattered to everywhere. And accidentally I dropped my phone into my bathtub full of water twice *again, because I'm so careful lol* and it doesn't have any problem. Really. Even the screen is still on. It never get lagged eventhough my files in the storage get over 98%. The battery can lasts for a day connecting to the data all day long for taking photos and chatting and everything without charging. Yes I'm in love with this phone

I purchased samsung j7 4g camera is good battery backup is awesome i have some issues with this device. It will decrease volume of videos and voice messages during recent files open even if single not close volume will be decrease definitely.Some times camera is not opening showing unable to open camera during calls but i have checked no any files opened. Once a time i open gallery and videos showing lock symbols after many tries he didnt unlock as well as music not playing but these all issues will be solved just once restart.i am still looking for solution of these above issues, somebody please help me.

i have installed fifa 14.. ryt now its like a demo version.. to purchase we will have to connect to the store and select purchase but wen ever i do tat i will get "error connecting to store please check your internet connection/or install google play games... i checked through wifi and mobile data also but same prob's...i used the same game on grand prime i dint face any problems
