J7 2015 will be also getting nougat update so it will get 2 major updates so mostly j7 2016 should get android Oreo also

But yeah, let's first wait for Nougat and then hope for Oreo, but even if we get it it probably won't happen for another year or so.

System apps only if they get updated from the galaxy store, otherwise do not install any system apps from unknown sources
Make sure you have 70+ % or so and have atleast 2GB of free memory and the update will take around half an hour.
