Buy samsung j7 6 on 9th aug....fully satisfied..superb amoled display, great battery, superb camera..but ringing volume not up to the mark..but j76 is value for money & better phone than j7 prime, max, nxxt etc. From India.

Yes this device(all models worldwide) will be getting android nougat.
This device got wi-fi certified with android 7.0 meaning Samsung will likely(more sure they will) release the update on 31st of August worldwide and users of this device after their date(dependant where they live,who is their carrier,is their device locked/unlocked)will get the nougat update OTA(Over the Air)
Preparation for the update:
•Make sure you don't have any system apks(of samsung apps)installed,if you have downgrade the update onthe specified app.
•The update will cost around 1,5GB(±)so make sure you have atleast 2GB of free memory.If not free up or buy a 16/32 GB SD Card and move apps on it.
•Make sure to have atleast 60+ % of battery or so and make sure not to install it over mobile network (unless you wanna waste 1,5 GB of mobile data), instead do it on wi-fi and when installing it make sure you aren't busy at that time so that when it finishes to have time to see what's new in it.
Note:
•Since the update is big it might take more than 20 mins for sure,and you should leave your device update.
•Your device might heat up which is usual when receiving software updates.
•If you really wanna install it on low battery,put it on a charger then do it,because if you run out of battery and if your device turns off while the update is in progress you may loose your data.

Hey, 21 Aug 2017All of the phones that Ledikom sells are neverlock like min... moreIt took me some time to realize,but i just realized my phone was unlocked since you said from Ledikom and Neptun,yeah we should wait for the Nougat update,it's highly wanted by this phone users,and it's going to come soon since this device can even handle Android O,all those comments about the nougat update are just fake...I can confirm they are because I've been checking for Android updates like a craze,and i posted few forum topics at Samsung's Official site but they were removed...Kinda weird huh?

I m from india..i have purchase samsung on8 and it's model number is SM-J710FN...when i search on net it's shows my phone is j7 2016 not on8....i want to know my phone works on samsung j7 2016 software? And any update j7 2016 will get, the same my phone will also get?
