My phone screen stuck while charging after 1 hour. No responce by power key or home key. Only battery remove and start phone again.
Anyone hv get this problem.

Very bad phone !( it is not a smartphone)
1. Can't set sd card as internal memory.
2. Can't set sd card as default storage for data, media or apps.
3. No compass.( gyroscope far more !)
4. Continuous front flash. ( new technology !!!)
5. No ambient light sensor. ( you cant see anything in outdoor if you forget to click "outdoor")
6. Single 4g standby.
7. Internal storage become full after few games or apps. ( if you change storage only a little part of the app is transfered to sd card)
8. Cant set default path to sd card for apps.

I bought Samsung j7 2 months ago.. I like it only i have a question.. Everytime i used my headset the original one from the box. I feel a little shock in my ear. Some electric. If u know what i mean.. How was this possible? Im just curious. It makes me scared. Hope someone can explain why..

If you want to use offline maps it will run flawlessly without internet and even sim card. I use maps me and sygic with no issues.

There is a data speed issue... morePull down the notification panel,you can see sim 1 and sim2 select the sim you have activated for internet and check whether it is "GSM only" in the settings. If so you have to change the settings to the top "LTE/wcdma/GSM autoconect"

I have a problem with j7 2016 . There is a data speed issue . OPPO or vivo and Samsung put a side and checked that Samsung speed of data is 20 to 30 kbps and same SIM card opp and vivo gives 1 mbps at same place

..please switch off both sims and wifi and try to navigate through offline maps, using GPS only. Actually I just want to know that if one does not have any access to internet, then how much helpful GPS, alone, is.
