AnonD-587749, 09 Dec 2016Error while installing firmware update...how to solve itMake sure your internet connection should be good.try to install with wi-do.if you have no wi-fi connection then try to install it with 3g or 4g mobile data.after doing these things if your problem did not solve then factory reset your smartphone.otherwise you can install it over night if you have mobile data with slow speed.

While installing November security update it shows update error after reaching 26 percent ...i tried several times same thing happened again and again pls gave solutions for this problem friends...

Bought the Samsung J7 at Walmart about a month ago, then bought the device called TILE Mate that when you attach to objects open the app on your phone and it will beep lost keys. Well I did as instructed and it does not do it. I put the keys with tile about a foot away from the tile and the phone could not fins it, and yes, I did activate the tile. Anybody have any ideas, I did e-mail Tile, waiting for an answer.

1. some time insulation problem.
2. when attached charger then burning sign come at screen charger area.

Sameer, 07 Dec 2016There is no fast charging in samsung mid-range and budget phonesEven though it doesn't have fast charging , for me it takes only about 2 .15 hours to charge to full.

I buy this phone 2 months ago and until now i don't see any problem with my phone. Superb performance especially for gaming, you won't see any lag, hang or buffering, I really love this phone compare to my previous zenfone 2 and oppo r7 lite. I recommend this phone if your looking for gaming smartphone. :D

Hello Sir.... My j7 2016 draining battery much more than my J7 2015 On standby mode, without any data usage and wifi.... and all the apps are also turned off..... it drains battery 15 to 20% in a night.... like in 8 hours... whereas my j7 2015 takes just 1 or 2% of battery in overnight time.... can u help me out... hw it can be improved Or if there is any issue with the software or the version plzzz fix it up as soon as possible !!!
