Since I got 6GB of monthly data cap, it would definitely show as H+ if you consumed all your 6GB less than a month. It downsizes your data allowance. It should return to 4G once data has been replenished. That's what I experienced before.

Boy2, 07 Dec 2016J7 2016, fast charging or NO? J7 prime fast charging or NO?There's no fast charging but battery on J7 charges really fast. From like 5% to 100% it takes about two hours.

I also got this phone via SkyMobi's J7 promo. I got mine last Sept and got it activated a day upon receipt and enjoyed the data connection which was really fast. Unfortunately after a month, the data service had stopped. The sim still has signal and and the data icon show H+ and the arrow icons are visible but don't have data connection. Tried opening diffrent browsrs and using app that connects online to test the connection. Did you do any configuration in your unit?

zaki, 06 Dec 2016Which is the best galaxy a5 2016 or j7 2016I was also choosing between A5 and J7, but I went with J7 at the end. Why? Because specifications are almost the same, J7 even runs some stuff better than A5, and J7 is a bit cheaper. Only if that glass design and that fingerprint sensor is important to you, go with A5, but if they are not, J7 is a way to go.

I am totally enjoying my Sky Mobi and Galaxy J7.
1. Strong Mobile Internet Connection; always in 4G even in provincial areas.
2. Strong Mobile Signal Coverage; in provincial areas especially NCR (Pasig City)
3. Sky Mobi consumes small numbers of KB while surfing the net; 6GB/month is big enough for me, given the fact that I do online games every time.
You should go to a Sky Cable center of just call their customer service thru landline. I believe that's part of the bundle. Guaranteed, you'll definitely not regret it.
