Has anyone tried hard reset, i.e security wipe? Did it solve the issues? Whoever has tried it, please let us know

Secondly, you are not an engineer at Samsung (Please don't take offense). We have no reason to follow these troubleshooting steps, whatever you've posted, you probably copied it from somewhere. It might brick our phone if something goes wrong. And thirdly, just because you have no issues with the update (I'm glad you don't), don't generalize that there are no issues with this update and that this update is flawless. There are hundreds (maybe more) who are facing three issues mentioned. It's not that they are lying about it.

          I'm thinking to root this phone..... Samsung want to promote Galaxy J6 that's y every time they mess old models.

              Guys be patient. Samsung will release another update to fix this issue. Many people are facing same issue .

I made the mistake of downloading and installing the update right away, without looking it up first. Now I'm stuck, no Volte. I can't make calls, calls are not coming through, etc. I am pretty upset about it, this update. How can just blindly ask others to install the update? It's beyond me. Did you even install the update on your phone? You just blindly asked everyone to install the update? Being too smart is not a good thing. It doesn't make you look any better.

                        Rajdeep we dnt need to do anything. Samsung will release another update to fix this issue.

                              Guys plz do not install new 55 mb update . Volte service and many features are disabled. Plz trust me. If u dont then go to samsung member app>community and check there all people who have installed 55mb update are facing problem

                                  Jio SIM not working after 55MB update some apps got installed daily hunt , Amazon and device security by McAfee no LTE and Volte symbol guys don't install this update .

As the minus the battery is less than the J7 2016, but considering it has a full HD display and a battery of less than 3000mhA, always on display justifies the consumption of the more powerful processor octa core of 1.9Ghz and 3Gb ram!
