Nougat drains battery faster than MM. we should accept this. Nougat is new, new features, UI is mostly "white" for OLED display, white is more power drawn than black.
Another thing - Samsung reduced charge voltage of battery. it was 4.40V early in the MM, now Naugat charge battery to 3.30V. this made approximately 10% of reduced battery capacity. this is the reason for slow charge. phone reach 89-92% battery level and wait long time to reach 100%
Idle battery drain little higher than MM. may be because both SIM cards now support 3G
