I love this device, but after 4 months from purchase the upper corner left side of the screen is becoming purple. The device has case protection. I'm sad because I care a lot

Problems of my j7 max
1) Battery takes 3 hours plus time from 15% to 100%
2) in 2 months it hanged 4 times
3) it destroy the pictures from gallery

I have purchased new mobile, while starting it its checking the network and showing adding a few finishing touches. This may take a minute or two. its showing the same since more than half an hour.

The only disappointment is the battery life which is really poor, phone idle eats lot of battery almost 20-25% battery drains from night to morning. Now without fast charging on this phone it's really difficult to use it for long hours.
