Assassin, 24 Apr 2018Is this phone started shutting down after update?I'm facing same problem. After updating March patch, on 28th of March 2018 phone got switched off and I did hard reset by pressing both power n volume down button simultaneously. After that it has been switched off three times.
Is this because of updating March update?

Very large screen difficult to hold properly, Finger print lock is great, Good camera but battery back could have improved.

It's a very good phone considering the price, screen is great, build quality is top class, cameras are very impressive even in low light and you also get face recognition. I'm happy with this phone.

Pros: Good camera. Excellent touchscreen. Decent display. Good voice quality.
Cons: Slightly heavy. Battery backup could have been better.
Nice phone for decent usage.

I have been using thw phone for 7 months recently it over heat and shut down for no reason. I had to take it back to were i bought it. They did fix it and in a space of two weeks it shut down again

Imad, 14 Apr 2018In gallery or file manager, when i move some files like pic... moreI think, u have to disable samsung cloud data.
first u have to go to main manu>setting>Cloud & account>samsung cloud>option>sync using wi-fi only then it will disable. u will be able to move from one to another.

its the worst phone I have use, without any reason it bcm shut down, & everytime I had to take it to the shop. I don't know how many more times I hv to suffer from this update problem

I am using the phone since last 1 month.. but I have 2 problems my battery is heating too much and my battry is draining much faster than other j7 max ph... Any solution for me. ???

In gallery or file manager, when i move some files like pics videos etc from one album to another it reamain in the same folder despite of being moved to another folder. It seems to be copies to another folder rarher than being moved..even i tried photo locker, the photos locked are still showed in the gallery in its original place. Please tell me how to fix this issue.
