My j7 max stops working and a message appears on the "cp crash" "fatal error" thereafter no boot, no switch off until full drain, what should be done? plz advice solution.

Good Phone Great battery
Performance also good enough for plyaing games
Camera burst speed is notnenough
I think it needs to be upgraded to oreo soon

This phone is not good bcz. This network is very slow.
Rem is not perfect use. So better than j7 6 is good use.

Today while i was playing games in my J7 Max it went poweroff suddenly and it took something 2 mins to switchoff properly, and when restartong it again it is not STARTING up.
Hard reset is done but no use.
And if somehow phone is starting up then the touch is not working properly. And phone is heating up. This is the first problem im facing after 6 months of use. What ahould be done about it?

only cons in all mobiles upto 20000 is that they are not having so much frequency bands. all mobile companies are having 4-5 frequency bands cause network issue.
