Today while i was playing games in my J7 Max it went poweroff suddenly and it took something 2 mins to switchoff properly, and when restartong it again it is not STARTING up.
Hard reset is done but no use.
And if somehow phone is starting up then the touch is not working properly. And phone is heating up. This is the first problem im facing after 6 months of use. What ahould be done about it?

only cons in all mobiles upto 20000 is that they are not having so much frequency bands. all mobile companies are having 4-5 frequency bands cause network issue.

My budget is 15000 and I want only Samsung brand smartphone. So in j7 prime j5 prime j7 max which is best for me in terms of battery life and camera (rear will be best & front average) .

Battery timing is good, screen resolution is good, finger sensor some times dosnt work well, Back button and multitasking button dont glow. Speed is not that good what i was expecting in 4gb ram. sound not good in call and voice messages.
