Im a proud sony user since 2013 until now still using the same phone. I didnt buy samsung coz of its amoled screen well not everybody like amoled. Im going to buy this when it arrives in Malaysia

i think nokia 6 better than this because it have no snapdragon processor and no adreno gpu this phone lags in heavy gaming

do not underestimate mtk chips because it perform better than modify arm architecture by qualcomm
did you all remember the two variant of htc 820?
the color blue htc 820 uses mtk mt6752
while the color red htc 820 uses qcom snapdragon 625
mt6752 better than snap 625
in terms of gpu the mali t760 is better than adreno 320
and the core pilot technology of mtk is better than qcomm

Anonymous, 19 Jun 2017This phone is better and cheaper than the J7 17, this is weird.It's because this phone is on IPS LCD Touchscreen while the J7 (2017) and/or J7 Pro is on Super AMOLED Touchscreen. It's the screen that differs because Super AMOLED screen is more expensive than the common IPS LCD.

C7 pro is pretty compact to operate in single hand
C7 pro has 13mp f ront camera
C7 pro has GYROSCOPE
C7 pro has METAL BODY
C7 pro has SD626 which is newer and bettet than SD652. Like Leeco 2 had SD652 but SD625 on asus zenfone 3 perfomed much better, and here we are taking about samsung , So the optimization also reflects
and its 7K difference in price of C7 and J7 to compare. If you want to compare , compare within similar price tag,.
J7 max is just cut down version of C7 pro indeed....TFT and P20...only there are differences.
Oppo F1S has similar specs at price of J7 max but there J7 max wins because its SAMSUNG.

To be genuine , i am using same specs from oct 2016 and it works flawless. all china phones like redmi note 3/4 , Le , moto G4+ / G5+ , SD430/625/650/652 based phones are shame.
Samsung had done excellent job here - Its was first J series phone to get all basic sensors those was deal breakers ealier and it was first sub 20K phone to get Gyroscope which was earlier present only on flagship phones
it was first and the only phone under 20K to get 13mp front camera which is not even present on flagships except poor oppo . vivo phones.
i was the first and only phone to get Samsung pay mini which is a feature used in S7/S8
But there are 2 major things against this phone - Samsung may have price this phone for 25K that doesn't really matters for a great branded phone
1. Mediatek P20 is great chipset , its performance is equivalent to SD626 that was used in samsung C7 pro but for cost cutting , samsung had substantially underclocked it
2. No S amoled on samsung phone which is used to be USP of samsung phones - Its also cost cutting
and these things are done for those who can't afford C7 pro and go for crapy Oppo/Vivo phones at sub 20K.
Now this is like LITE version of C7 pro

It is exactly underclocked helio P20 like what used in Oppo F1s , it performs worse then original P10
32 gb with dedicated microSD will be any day better than 64gb with hybrid slot like what chinese phone makers do .
As chipset is not capable highly , 4GB ram is of no use here. it won't make the chipset faster or allow you more multitasking because at the end 1.6ghz processor took a toll. 4GB ram is good on 2ghz min like original P20 or SD625/626 like Samsung C7 pro.
Every one will prefer samsung snapdragon ovr Samsung mediatek anytym but to compare , consider the budget here. No samsung will give you similiar or more performance snapdragon chipset at this price. Cheapest phone is Samsung C7 pro to give SD626 which is 26K price while J7 max is 19K price.

All vivo oppo are mediatek processor and its selling lot in india nobody object about it easily everyone buying but now samsung lounched such a wondeful specs in a branded mobile and everybody got mind about only mediatek ... really???
