In my j7 prime there is no LTE(4g) option in network setting .how to get 4g option.
signal is not showing when I insert 4g sim.
How these two problems can we solved? Please help

Ananthu, 08 Sep 2017I also got naugout update .but i am not installed .if there... moreI have not faced any issue. In fact my device is fast, smaller in size in ROM, more flexible TouchWiz and lots of small but new things.
I will advice you to install the upgrade. But make sure you have around 3 GB empty ROM. I have to remove NFS No Limit and jio Music to get space. But after installation I reinstall them and playing them.

I buy J7 Prime on Sept 2016, till now I dont find any drawback/issues or any problem while using.
This is the best Samsung Phone mid range.
The happiest thing is the Naugot update :),

Visit nearby Samsung service centre and ask for their help. You should not try it yourself. Otherwise your device will be as good as a paperweight.

Fakrul, 08 Sep 2017Why Samsung has not given New UI with 7.0 Are you joking ? Earlier the Touchwiz is similar from Ice Cream Sandwich to Marshmallow. I mean there was a home screen and the app drawer. You can't change anything to that.
Buy now with Nouget it is very flexible. You can either use it the same old way or remove the all drawer button and scroll up like pixel launcher or you can remove the app drawer totally and bring all the apps to the home screen removing duplicate icons.
And still you are saying nothing has changed?
