i do have a samsung j7 prime.i would like to ask,why does it take 4 hours to fully charge my battery ( reaching its 100%) i just bought it to a legit dealer 6 mos.ago.thanks

Upgraded to Nougat. No problem so far. Do a factory reset after installing the new OS in order to run the phone without any lags.

Anyway if it has guaranty than you should repair it. Otherwise there are some new better J7 Model ranges. Or you can buy MI A1 if your country has got it.

But they started Nought in J7 Prime with India. May be it is more popular in here. You should wait. In next few days you will get it. Regards.

are they sending the updates to all the j7 prime models or just few models of specific countries? cuz I bought my j7 prime from Saudi Arabia and when I checked software updates it said that my device is up to date.

I got my J& PRIME less than a month, now it shut down and cannot open. It has a problem with the motherboard and I'm starting to HATE SAMSUNG! I'm just praying to fix it sooner because my phone is still at the service center for about 3 DAYS!!! Not sure until when it will be done!

My j7 prime has unsuccessfully upgraded. It was very smooth and took about 30 minutes. Now time to play with some new things. Also my launcher has changed. Now I can either scroll up or bring all the apps on home screen like iPhone. Very cool.
