Samsung has started to rolling out Nouget upgrade for J7 (2016). Hopefully J7 Prime will follow in next few weeks. Regards.

if you have your phone under warranty, its better to submit to the service center. they will charge more but atleast you will have your warranty continued. otherwise if you repair yourself or at some shop, your warranty will be void.

It will cost a lot of you are not insured. Personally saying you can buy a new device instaed of relating it. Because it will take money, time and off course patience unless you are insured.
Instaed replace the device and buy a new similar device or any newer model. Regards.

Now click on it. Change the "On" option to "off" to completely turn off the repeated reminders. Or set the timer according to your wish. Regards.

I have a new Galyxy J7 Prime. I am very happy except when I get an announcement for example from G mail or Whats app, the ring announcemkent continues till I open the mail or the wats app. My telephone suppliers cannot help me. Can anyone help me to just hear the announcement once, and I will look at it when I am ready. Thanks Harry

First, insert the old SIM. Than disable the SIM lock if you remember the password.
Second, do a hard reset of your device after taking back up and removing the SIM.

Before purchasing Samsung mobiles, just enquire about its display. It should be amoled or super amoled.
