Battery drains fast compare to my last phone which the J7, battery problem i think... when it reaches 92% it's amazing that it will go back to 89% eventhough i'm not touching the cable of the charger, and it took an hour before it reaches 100% it took less than 5 hours before reaching full charge

The second sim slot in my j7 prime has been barred by manufacturer such that a sim can't fit /sit on the availavle space

The phone is good in over all use however there is one main issue on the phone that I hate the most, When I play Mobile Legends the controls often stutters that cause you to stop moving at some point and re-tapping often is frustrating.

My problem is,i accidentally drop on water not more than 10seconds...and when i pick it up the speaker and the home button are not responding or working,and when i go to jarir where i bought it the person on customer service says iwill pay 700sar or more than,,they say j7 prime is water resistant...😠😠😠
