mobile data of 2 sims are both running when turned on. cant find option to turn on only 1 sim for mobile data. someone got a fix?.

I took a screen... moreDo a hard reset of your device and than use it for few days to observe the battery with installing the most essential apps. If the issue still persist than visit a nearby Samsung service center and replace the battery, as it is a new device you should get a replacement battery for free. Regards.

I'm having 2 j7 prime phones SM- G610F (manufactured in China) and SM-G610F/DS (manufactured in Vietnam). While i got latest security patch updates for my SM-G610F, there have been no updates at all for my other SM-G610F/DS phone. Why am I not getting the update in my other phone? Please if anyone could reply

3 month old new phone battery taking too much time to charge earlier it got full charge in 2.15 hrs but now only 30 t0 40% in same time

As for Nouget update, it is still not released for normal users. It will probably released September or November to us. Till than chill. ;-)

mustapha, 05 Aug 2017Hello, I bought j7 prime before 4 weeks from now, recently ... moreYour device and charger is just 1 month old, so there should be no issue with battery and charger itself.
Anyway as you have not mentioned which charger and cable you are using, I will advice you to use the original Samsung charger head and a cable. You should borrow one from someone to test the device whether it be a heated or not.
Meanwhile when charging the device make sure all background apps are cleared, specially those one which use mobile data constantly. If possible shut off the Wi-Fi and mobile data to see any difference.
Personally I don't advice anyone to run a beta app on your main device, one should test it on a secondary device or in simulator.
Last but not I doubt your beta app may have done some harm to your device. So you should do a hard reset ASAP. Regards.
