Kinkz, 26 Jul 2017I have brought these mobile in june last month and im havin... moreTry to clean your device cache by using Smart Manager. Also remove or disable any unused apps. And make sure your all apps are updated.
Last but not least don't use any third party apps, just stick to TouchWiz. As for Music and Video, I use Samsung Music and Samsung Video apps which are pretty good. Hope these advices will work for you. Regards.

You may go for Nokia 6, at least it is giving snapdragon to you. And for the camera and other features, we don't need to bother about that as Nokia has ruled the market with these specialities.

Hi guys plz help me i have purchased this useless phone buy unknowing and nw facing a lot of issue's with it .samsung company is a big cheat company no use of the service centre or Customer care at all I'm facing a lot of issue the phone will get hanged up if i start to use any app and no multitasking in it use less phone it is the present phone is 2nd phone which is given frm there company nd even d second phone as the same issue where it hangs up freezes no respond or anything this happens only when I have app running I mean all d basic app also the service centre will just update the or flash it nd will give me back no use of it it will working for just FEW days and again d same issue the phone will get hang plz give a solution on this ..samsung company is big cheat..plz help out with this

You should consider new devices like J7 Max or Pro or Honor 6x, even a Honor 8 mini which looks very good. These devices has newer OS, features and camera. So visit a nearby shop and take a demo of them. Regards.

As for my device it lasts easily one day with normal to moderate usage. I have not faced any issue with it so far.

mdtrpa, 23 Jul 2017J7 prime is being tested for Nougat, as it's capable for th... morePersonally I am not very excited about the Nouget upgrade for my devices e.g. On7 Pro and J7 Prime. I already did it in my father's A5 (2016) and did not noticed any major improvement other than making the settings menu looks like Windows 10 mobile. Yes, I got 2 Lumias my home for about 2 years e.g. 540 and 535. Both are worth it and good to use until it got Windows 10 mobile Upgrade and it spoiled them. So, I don't want that expereince to happen me again.
As for new OS I think I will go for a newer device. For now 3 devices looks very attracting to me. First J7 Max which got 13 MP front and back camera, I can use it as regular device. Second "Mi Max 2" with 4 GB RAM/64 GB ROM and huge 6.44 inch display, I can use it as replacement of my 2 years old tab to read PDFs and play NFS No Limit. Third a "Honor 8 Pro" which looks extremely value for money and way better than OP5.
Anyway for now I have no plan to buy anything. May be till Christmas I will but a device.

Battery issue: when i'm charging my j7 prime which i bought last february, when it reaches 91% or 92% sudenly it will go back to 88% or 89% even though i'm not using the fone... and it will took more than an hour before reaches 100%, i am not a heavy cellfone user but my battery rans out quickly compared to.my previous fone which is the J7... come to think that J7 has only 3000mah compared to 3300 mah of J7 prime... i think samsung has to improve the battery quality of their phone... i am an avid samsung user

bought j 7 prime phone after 1 month after that phone fell 2 ft from a high position and after that its display got spoiled due to a poor quality display.
