I purchased j7prime two months ago but it is facing problems.. The first and main issue is it brightness level is fixed and high. And another is heating. Don't know why phone brightness is fixed, I've done many updates and asked friends but no solution. Please help me guys to solve the brightness issue....

There are so many fault on this mob. Display is not so gòod more over finger senor is worst and vital problem is it doesnt support 32gb external card its suppose to have 3gb ram. My mob. Is sutdown more often . So called gorilla glass and so called fibger sensor moreover wtf of 3 gb ram not even 1* from my point of view

Great performance with 1080p good for gaming, long lasting battery and solid skin.
If you keep hating on camera quality then go buy an DSLR camera. (Phones are not invented for camera quality or etc. but communication purposes, stupid new eras brain)

Anonymous, 07 Jun 2017With back key I need to press multiple times to go back.Ok. I think it your device's RAM is fully used because of either many apps running background or your running a RAM hungry app. Anyway you have not mention in which conditions I happens.
But still I advice you to "Reset" your device and than use it for few hours without installing any new apps but setting up your device. If everything is ok tho time, than your device is ok. Otherwise visit Samsung service center. Regards.

AnonD-675402, 07 Jun 2017I can not change my time out display it keeps going back to... moreFirst of all check for new updates and install them.
Now go to settings>display>screen timeout: set it first as 1 minutes. Keep it this for few hours to make sure it is 1 minute. Now if lt has not return to 15 seconds, than increase it to 5 minutes. Hope it will work.
And last thing is , do not clean the cache for every issue unless you are advised by someone who is experienced, otherwise you may great new issues. Regards.

I can not change my time out display it keeps going back to 15 seconds. I want to set it for 5 minutes. Have tried clearing all cache, rebooting, turning completely off, nothing has worked. Phone is only 2 days old.
