i am facing conference and calling problems from last two days.. my jio sim is unable to dial a call and unable to merge conference call.

I m also same problem on updating the j7 on jio network there is network connectivity issue like calling and volte.

I have certain issues with j7 prime, if anyone can help-
1. 360 degree video is not working. Everytime I have to move screen, it does not with the movement of the phone.
2. Too many ads popup. Just fedup of this. Everytime i unlock my phone screen 1 advertisement popup on main screen sometimes on notification.
Anyone with good solution.

I compare it with A5 (2106) which feels more warm with same usage. As for On Nxt it is same as J7 Prime with more ROM. So it should feel same like J7 Prime. Regards.

S series is done , A series done, now j7 prime being most expensive among j series should be 1st to get.

Just donwloaded and installing a 1.42 MB update. I hope it will solve the data connection issue. Please check the updates and get it right now.

New Update of 1.42MB will resolve the issue of network issue problem. Update can be received in your settings via OTA. Settings >> About Phone >> Download Manual Update.

AnonD-672445, 27 May 2017I did factory reset but same issue with LTE jio network, no... moreHonestly saying I don't have permanent solution now. I was never dreamt that a update will create such nasty issue. Even I am facing it. All we do is to restart the device.
Now we have to wait for next update. As for JIO I can only say if you have second 4G device than swap the SIM to it for making calls. Otherwise if you use JIO for data connection than please have patience.
