Now we have to wait for next update. As for JIO I can only say if you have second 4G device than swap the SIM to it for making calls. Otherwise if you use JIO for data connection than please have patience.

Now I am seriously thinking to factory reset the device on Sunday.

PIYUSH SINGH , 25 May 2017Same problem here I am update my Samsung Galaxy j7 prime in... moreNext update will come soon. But till than you should do this thing, it will give some relief. First shut off mobile data. Go to setting > Mobile Network> APN (Access Point Names). Tap l. "MORE" and than "Reset to default". Now restart the device. You should get new Configuration message. Install them. Now your mobile data should work fine.
I did it yesterday morning and my device is doing well till now. Regards.

JEET, 26 May 2017Hi this is Jeet, I also have j7 prime and there is update s... moreI think you should avoid it for now and wait for next update. I also faced some data connection issues with airtel/JIO SIMs. I use these same SIMs in On7 Pro and seeing that your cheap device is working fine than the costlier one is very frustrating.
Anyway I deleted all the APN settings and installed new configuration setting for JIO and Airtel yesterday morning. Till than there is no issue. But I am not sure how much time it will last and the issue returns.
Anyway I am eagerly waiting for Nouget in late June or early July. Once I will get it I will reset my device. Regards.

Hi this is Jeet, I also have j7 prime and there is update showing , but I ddn't update..till now..cause I came to know here there is some issue with the update....
SO Please someone suggest me whether I should update my phone right now or not ...
or I should wait for coming next update...
