guys tell me the speaker quality? I like all features about this phone. But some people said that the the speaker is very low. Plz someone rply me who buy this phone? If is it true then i dont buy this fav phone.

Samsung j7 prime is very good Phone using it since 25 days...But facing internet and calling problems after 127 Mb update...please remove these issues as soon as possible...

It may ... moreDude, I've faced same problm ..Just install "Ampere" application .Then plug-in your charger to ur J7 Prime & verify wheather ur charger supplied current about 1400mA or not by opening Ampere app ! If its not supplied that much of current (say it supplied 400mA-600mA) then just replace ur data cable ..! This will definitely resolve ur problm ! Thanks for A2A !

prasanth, 23 May 2017i am totally confused is any body help me to choose the rig... moreJ7 is a mid range device which is ideal for normal and moderate user. I got 16GB ROM version. But it is also available as 32GB ROM which I think better for future.
PROS:
1. Design and build quality.
2. Long battery life.
3. Screen which is on eyes and does not heat up fast
4. Processor which can handle normal to moderate multi tasking.
5. Camera which is well if you are experienced camera phone user.
6. Unique feature like S secure, S Finder, S Power planning, S battery saver, S bike mode etc.
7. Samsung apps like S Health, S Music, S Focus, S Video, S Note, Smart Manager etc.
8. Dual proper SIM which proper VoLTE and Memory card slot support up to 128 GB.
9. Noughet upgrade for sure.
10. After sales and service support of Samsung.
CONS:
1. Lack of sensors like autobrightness, Compass, Gyrospcope etc.
2. Week GPU for heavy gaming like Asphalt, Dead Trigger.
3. No NFC. So no Samsung PAY.
4. Screen is good, but it is not Amoled. So in sunlight screen lack brightness.
5. Speaker sound is low in loud space.
Overall it is a better device for long time use. It has both pros and cons. If you have earlier used Samsung devices than it is a good option to upgrade. Also good for a normal/moderate year who is migrating from other brands. But it is not for uses who wants a gaming device. Regards.

Second I am not sure what you are mean by it is not fully charging after 6 hours plug in?
If it yes than when charging shut off mobile data and Wi-Fi at least. If the issue persist than visit a nearby Samsung service centre immediately. Regards.

adam89, 23 May 2017I'm confused whether to buy this J7 Prime or Iphone 6 64 gb... morei suggest the iPhone 6,mainly because of the system, the ios system is proven to be superior than the android system, the ios is lag free unlike android system which have to carter for different brands from samsung, sony etc, minor setbacks for the ios system will be the fact that your system needs to be constantly updated to support new apps, the other is the high level of security which does not permit you to install apps from unknown sources, to the fact that you will be forced to buy the apps from the app store rather than downloading them for free from other websites, you can bypass this by jail breaking your iPhone which is i legal but very helpful...

I have purchased Samsung galaxy J7 prime there is no problem bit last 2 days before 164 mb update has came when i have updated iam facing problems in calling and some time it is getting slow and facing problems while using internet pls help me send a one more update to solve it

Phone is excellent i have it for 2 months already it has 3gb ram which gives you excellent performance with gaming camera is good 9/10 front facing camera is very good also fingerprint is working excellent it takes about a second when phone is turned off completly and 0.2 when its turned on

AnonD-671474, 23 May 2017When i make one line 4g i have bad call connection on the o... moreBasically when you choose LTE/3G/2G as first SIM for data connection, it will search for LTE or 4G as first option and than 3G and 2G. It is only for data connection. As for second SIM it is turned to only 2G as data connection automatically when first SIM is LTE/3G/2G.
Anyway it will not effect the call and messaging set up. Both SIM can be used for normal call and Messaging. But in case of JIO SIM in india, If you use JIO call app (and other JIO apps) it will not work with other LTE service. Regards.

Very good phone. Not expensive but gives you a total performance and experience.
